Delivery

All Tiltop pieces are made-to-order by hand. We aim to dispatch within 4 weeks, though in many cases, your item may be ready sooner. During busier times of the year, we ask that you allow the full 4-week window to avoid disappointment.

We charge a flat £90.00 delivery fee for our 5×9 tables. Delivery for all other sizes is determined at checkout. You'll receive regular delivery updates by text and email.

Smaller items are delivered via DPD. For larger pieces, we use one of our trusted logistics partners and will be in touch to arrange a delivery time that suits you. Please refer to individual product pages to see if delivery includes room-of-choice, unpacking, or assembly.

At this time, we deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Returns

We hope you love your Tiltop piece, but if you change your mind, you’re welcome to return it to us in identical condition (including original packaging, where applicable) within seven days for a full refund.

We do not offer refunds on custom items - including tables and tops from our Bolo and Orin collections, as well as any custom sizes or style variations from our other ranges. Fully bespoke, one-of-a-kind pieces are also non-refundable.

We are unable to refund or replace items ordered in error, it is the responsibility of you the customer to ensure you have ordered the correct items before completing any purchase.

Please note:

• We do not cover the cost of returns.

• We cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit back to us.

• Sale items are final. We’re unable to offer returns on discounted pieces unless they are proven to be faulty.

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and return it within seven days to receive a full refund.
